The Apmex 10 oz Silver Academy Stacker are hard to find and have become collectible over the years.
These bars date back to when Academy were the first mint to produce the Stacker concept. In 2011 Academy were purchased by Materion and ultimately the production of Stackers (and all other Academy bars) stopped with Materion choosing to focus elsewhere. In 2012 Materion sold their precious metals production to Scottsdale Mint and with it the rights to produce the Stacker.
