This Silver & Marcasite Miraculous Medal Pendant is a beautiful rendition of this traditional and sacred design.
At its center is the beloved miraculous medal depicting Mary Immaculate, her hands open, full of light. St. Catherine Labouré saw Our Lady appear like this and heard her say, “Have a medal made according to this model. Everyone who wears it around their neck will receive great graces.”
On the back of the pendant is the cross and the letter M to symbolize the close relationship of Mary to the suffering, passion, and death of her son.
This pendant measures 1 1/2 inches in length, including the bail and 5/8 of an inch in width. The bail accommodates chains up to a width of 2 mm and finally the pendant weighs 4.9 grams.
