We ship all orders via USPS first class and priority.
Shipping is free on orders of $149 or more and charged at a flat rate of $6 for orders under this value.
We endeavor to ship all orders placed before 2 pm Eastern, Monday to Friday, the same day. Federal holidays are exempt.
Unforeseen circumstances can result in shipping delays. These can include but are not limited to, staff absence, severe weather & carrier disruptions.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an automated dispatch notification to your email with the tracking number included.
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to be fully live depending on USPS.
All orders are covered by our own insurance up until the point of scanned delivery by the carrier.
Should you require a signature confirmation at delivery, you can choose the option during check out.
Tracking is provided, included updates when any order is out for delivery, to allow the customer to be physically present at the delivery address.
Great Lakes Coin accepts no responsibility if the carrier leaves the package without your acceptance or agreement, leaves the package without a signature, or leaves the package with anyone other than named recipient. This includes but is not limited to door managers, neighbors, members of your family, business mail rooms, P.O. Boxes, military boxes and so on.
Great Lakes Coin accepts no responsibility for so called delivered but not received packages. We are not responsible for reimbursements or insurance claims on packages that are successfully delivered as addressed. Our liability and insurance cease the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address.
Once an order has shipped, we have no control over the speed at which it travels, nor the route it may take.
