This particular 14k Gold Miraculous Medal Pendant is a beautifully ornate version of this meaningful piece.
The Miraculous Medal itself sits at the very center and it's loyal to the traditional design. On the front is Mary, surrounded by the text "Oh Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee." On the back is the letter M, combined with the cross; representing Mary and Jesus.
