Please note this is exactly the coin you will receive.
The 1883 Liberty V Nickel was the first year of issue for this coin. The motto "E Pluribus Unum" replaced the five cents on the reverse. This resulted in some people plated the coins in gold and passing them off as the new $5 gold pieces. To correct this the mint corrected the reverse to include the five cents text once again. With the replacement being issued in 1883, it led to two varieties in the inaugural year.
