The bar is engraved on the back with "Con i complimenti della Tubiflex," (with compliments Tubiflex.) These bars were produced by Johnson Matthey, London, for Metalli Preziosi S.p.A. They were customized as used as gifts from a Turin based company called Tubiflex.
