These are vintage Montana Big Sky Country 1 oz Silver Rounds. These were minted by Johnson Matthey & Engelhard for a dealer in Montana. They were created to commemorate the state, known as "Big Sky Country" and "The Treasure State." Both were produced in very small quantities.
