This Oro Maya Silver Mayan Script Pendant is very typical of the work and style of Oro Maya. It is vintage, most likely dating from the 1970s. Down the body of the pendant you'll see a series of Mayan hieroglyphics which are actually beautifully detailed and executed.
The pendant measures 75 mm or 2.9 inches in its total height, including the bail. It measures 16 mm or 0.6 inches at its widest point across the base of the pendant. It is hallmarked sterling silver and with the brand name of Oro Maya on the back. It weighs 13.8 grams.
