This Silver & Jade Bird Necklace is quite an eye catching piece, both due to the somewhat unusual subject matter and the use of a really lovely piece of jade.

The pendant depicts a lovely parrot with texturing across the entire design. The wing is accented by a dark green, mottled jade and it's a lovely example of this stone.
The necklace itself measures 19 inches with a chain width of 1.25 mm. The pendant measures 1 5/8 inches in length by 1/2 an inch in width. The jade gemstone measures 10 mm by 4 mm. Combined the chain and pendant weigh 7.8 grams.
