This Vintage Art Deco Diamond and Sapphire Ring features a diamond cushioned inside a distinctive white gold, octagonal setting. This gives you not just the contrast between the white and yellow gold, but also an eye catching asymmetrical setting too. This piece is a mix of 14 k yellow gold, making up the bulk of the ring and an 18 k white gold setting that holds the diamond itself. Two small sapphires sit as accents on either side, adding a very classic and elegant splash of color.
The ring itself is a size 6. The focal center diamond is a euro cut and measures approximately 1/4 Ct and 3.9 mm in height by 3.9 mm in width. The ring measures 10.5 mm in height across the front and tapers to a back band that measures 2.3 mm. Each of the small sapphires measure 3 mm in length by 2 mm in height. The ring weighs 4.7 grams.
